Health by Design Hub (www.healthbydesignhub.co.uk) is a website and for the purposes of this policy will be referred to as the “Site”. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use the Site as these will apply when you start to use it. By using our Site you confirm that these are the Terms and Conditions by which you will abide and you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, then please do not use our Site.
Accessing the Site and sccount security
Accessing our site is provided on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to change, update, withdraw or amend the site and any service or material we provide on Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire site to users.
Purchasing of services
By proceeding with the purchase of any blood tests, testing kits, home testing kits, nutritional consultations and/or other health professionals you are formally giving Health by Design Hub your informed consent to perform the tests you have ordered.
We may on the purchase of our blood testing services, kits or healthcare professional appointments ask you to complete a questionnaire that will cover aspects of your personal health. The information collected is used solely in relation to the tests and may on the purchase of consultative appointments be passed onto the specific healthcare professional involved in your particular appointment. You will not be able to access any results unless a declaration section has been completed in the medical questionnaire.
Payment of services and/or products
Payment must be received in full prior to the processing of your order. This includes where applicable shipping costs. Methods of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Visa, Electron, Switch, Solo and cheque. Please note orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is made.
Should you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it anytime before it has been shipped and be entitled to a full refund. Once your order has been shipped you have up to 30 days to cancel the order. Orders cancelled after shipping will be subject to a cancellation charge of £20. You will need to return to us by post your order before we can make a refund.
We will not refund an order in the following circumstances:
- A kit has been used, damaged or missing parts.
- You have had a blood sample taken at a clinic or other facility arranged by Health by Design Hub.
- A blood sample from you has been delivered for analysis.
You must inform us in writing or email that your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the reason you wish to cancel.
We aim to refund customers within 7 days of receiving a cancellation request or receipt of a returned order is it has already been shipped out. Once processed our refunds will be transferred back to the original credit card/debit card or sent via cheque.
Your test(s) or health screen is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this time period, the order will be invalid and no refund available to you.
Please note the turnaround times vary dependent on test type. We give no guarantee that the results are always available as shown on the website. Health by Design Hub will not be held responsible for costs or inconveniences incurred by results of not being available within the turnaround specified.
Any tissue, bodily fluid, biological personal samples sent to one of our labs for analysis will be analysed only in relation to the tests that you have ordered. Samples will be discarded or destroyed once the analysis or storage period has expired.
