Suzanne Cambray Dip Ion MBANT RGN LFHom

Suzanne Cambray Dip Ion MBANT RGN LFHom - Cambray Health Dynamics

At the beginning of her working life, Suzanne started by pursuing her ambition of becoming a nurse at the age of 17, participating in voluntary care at Savernake Hospital, Marlborough. At the age of 20 she then went on to work in France with the mentally and physically handicapped, gaining valuable experience to help achieve her goal of becoming a nurse.

In January 1981 she commenced her training as an RGN at St. Bartholomew's Hospital, London. On completion she gained a staff nurse post specialising in Oncology and Terminal Care, which included looking after acute and medical patients.

Then, in 1985, she spent two years at the London College of Fashion, taking an HND in Beauty Therapy and Business management, studying during the working days of the week and doing agency in psychiatric hospitals on weekends.

During this crossover period she faced new challenges as a Macmillan Agency nurse in terminal care, sitting with patients who were in the last stages of cancer, sometimes for weeks on end.

In 1989 Suzanne joined the "British Airways" cabin crew, travelling the globe on "Boeing 747s" and experiencing the exciting diversity of different cultures from around the world.

Whilst still flying, British Airways funded her to become a Nutritional Consultant for the airline, studying with Patrick Holford at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.

After seizing this amazing opportunity, utilising her combined beauty and nutritional training, Suzanne:

  • Helped to lead the "Breakthrough" programme at British Airways for all staff and managers, focusing on their nutritional and personal development.
  • Opened "Flyers Health and Beauty" providing complementary health therapies to the ground staff, pilots and cabin crew.
  • Worked alongside counsellors to provide support for working mothers in the airline (being a working mother herself).
  • Specialised in long term sickness and would fly nationwide on behalf of the airline to troubleshoot stress in the workplace.

In 1998 she sold "Flyers Health and Beauty" to "Saks Hairdressing" to establish her own business, "Cambray Health Dynamics", which is still in existence today. Specialising in nutrition with clinics in Ascot, Crowthorne and London. She sees a diverse cross-section of health issues, from arthritis, Parkinsons, ME, Fibromyalgia, stress, depression, cancer rehabilitation and support, and much more.

To create an arsenal of complementary health skills which support her nursing and nutrition backgrounds, Suzanne has:

  • Studied homeopathy, gaining her qualification at Great Ormond Street.
  • Trained in kinesiology as a means to test her patients in nutrition consultations.
  • In the year 2000 began learning the healing art of Reiki and progressed to Master Teacher level.

Her most recent and one of the most personally rewarding adventures has been the creation of "Journey to the Heart and Soul", reiki workshops where delegates can study and gain qualifications in reiki all the way through practitioner levels 1, 2 and 3 to the final Master Teacher.

In January 2009 she joined Arbonne International as a Consultant, working with the finest and best quality products in the world. She has educated people on the benefits of pure, safe and beneficial products in alignment with her own health philosophies.
